Emeka serves as a Lead Commissioning Authority (CxA) on hyperscale and colocation data centre projects, providing independent technical assurance, commissioning leadership, and risk-based oversight across some of the industry's most demanding mission-critical infrastructure programmes. His focus is to ensure that design intent, construction delivery, commissioning execution, and operational objectives remain aligned to achieve safe, reliable, resilient, and predictable operational outcomes.
His experience includes developing commissioning strategies and governance frameworks, coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders, and resolving complex technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle. He has led independent design reviews focused on commissionability, maintainability, operability, and resilience, identifying and eliminating single points of failure while verifying that resilience and redundancy strategies align with clients' operational and business objectives.
Recognising that many technical failures originate at system interfaces, Emeka places particular emphasis on reviewing Sequences of Operation (SOO), controls integration, and system interfaces to verify design intent, functional integration, accountability, and predictable system performance. He also leads failure scenario reviews and independent validation of Integrated Systems Testing (IST), enabling project teams to demonstrate system resilience, operational readiness, and reliable performance under both normal operating conditions and realistic fault scenarios.
