Emeka is the Founder and Principal Consultant of TEO Consulting Engineers Ltd., bringing over 25 years of engineering experience, including more than 15 years dedicated to commissioning leadership, technical assurance, and the early identification and reduction of technical risk across the project lifecycle on mission-critical data centres and complex, business-critical infrastructure projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Emeka serves as a Lead Commissioning Authority (CxA) on hyperscale and colocation data centre projects, providing independent technical assurance, commissioning leadership, and risk-based technical oversight on some of the industry's most demanding projects. His focus is to ensure that design intent, construction delivery, commissioning execution, and operational objectives remain aligned to support safe, reliable, resilient, and predictable operations.

His experience includes developing commissioning strategies and governance frameworks, coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders, and resolving complex technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle. His expertise includes independent design reviews focused on commissionability, maintainability, operability, and resilience, including the identification and elimination of single points of failure and the verification that redundancy strategies support client operational and business objectives.

Recognising that many failures occur at system interfaces, Emeka places particular emphasis on the review of Sequence of Operation (SOO), controls integration, and system interfaces to verify compliance, accountability, and predictable system behaviour. He also leads failure scenario reviews and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) validation, helping project teams demonstrate system resilience and operational readiness under both normal operating conditions and realistic fault scenarios.

Through a structured, risk-based approach, Emeka helps clients identify and mitigate delivery risks, verify operational readiness, strengthen confidence in reliable system performance, and support the achievement of operational certainty for mission-critical infrastructure.
